TSL Projects completed the construction of a new 2 storey Manufacturing Cleanroom facility for Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare Ltd at Nottingham including a 2 storey extension.
The facility houses a modern process system and manufacturing equipment to produce a new version of a leading analgesic.
The mechanical plant and electrical equipment are located on the Plant Deck area above the new Cleanroom mezzanine roof.

IBC Washing Facility

TSL Projects designed and constructed a new IBC Washing Facility (Intermediate Bulk Container) within the Barnstaple factory. To house a new client purchased IBC bin washing machine.
Upgrading and expansion of an existing facility within the heart of a production area was logistically challenging. All of the HVAC plant and equipment was installed in the plant room above the area. Availability of space was at a premium and various enabling and tie in works were required to make way for the new equipment.
